- I love our team. Our team office day is my favourite day of the week. Its so nice to connect and share experience with like minded OTs, Speechies and Physios who are all experiencing the same thing as I am, always available for a debrief or to help.
- Access to paid PD leave and a generous allowance as soon as you start has been a game changer.
- My team leaders and state managers truly care about their team and their clients, and that has been so nice. I can go to them for anything and feel valued for my hard work.
- I love my job.
- The support from not only my direct clinical supervisor every week but the whole senior workforce including the OT clinical lead, clinical practice advisors who have been able to co-work my complex files, my peers and the whole local team is incredible. I couldn't ask for more.
