Personal Assistant Opportunity - Western Sydney- Quality Stone Business
- Salary from $70k + Super
We are looking for an experienced Personal Assistant that is looking for an immediate start with a locally owned quality Stone Business.
Salary
Based on experience, the salary is from $70K + Super
- Salary is based on experience and packages will be worked out directly with the successful applicant._
Your contribution
- Managing and organising the manager's calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments
- Handling correspondence and communication with business partners, clients, and vendors.
- Assisting with contract administration and management, including tracking progress and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Ad Hoc Admin support as required.
Experience, attributes and abilities include
- Previous experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role is preferred but not necessary.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook and Teams.
- Previous experience in contract administration and management.
- Assertive attitude, this employer is looking for someone to keep them inline
- Positive attitude, resilient. Enjoy working as part of a team and well as individually.
- Australian citizen or permanent resident.
