Personal Assistant Opportunity - Western Sydney

We are looking for an experienced Personal Assistant that is looking for an immediate start with a locally owned quality Stone Business.

This is a permanent Full-time opportunity - Based in Sydney's Western Suburbs.


Salary
Based on experience, the salary is from $70K + Super

  • Salary is based on experience and packages will be worked out directly with the successful applicant._

Your contribution

  • Managing and organising the manager's calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Handling correspondence and communication with business partners, clients, and vendors.
  • Assisting with contract administration and management, including tracking progress and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Ad Hoc Admin support as required.

Experience, attributes and abilities include

  • Previous experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role is preferred but not necessary.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook and Teams.
  • Previous experience in contract administration and management.
  • Assertive attitude, this employer is looking for someone to keep them inline
  • Positive attitude, resilient. Enjoy working as part of a team and well as individually.
  • Australian citizen or permanent resident.
