Your part in The Wesley Hospital team

  • Reporting to the Director of the Wesley Breast Clinic, you will lead and manage the daytoday operations of The Wesley Breast Clinic. You will oversee the resources required to deliver the clinic's services to a high standard, and be responsible for optimising its financial and clinical performance.
  • This role will ideally be split between the operations responsibilities FTE and clinical FTE (radiographer, sonographer or other clinical breast role) responsibilities.

- management of a radiology operation
- experience managing multi-function departments in radiology or healthcare
- project management experience
- business planning & change management experience
- ability to work independently, autonomously & as part of a multi-disciplinary team
- alibility to adapt to a changing work environment

  • Financial and commercial acumen
  • Understanding of financial data & budget analysis
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in radiology or breast imaging. Post graduate level studies desirable
  • Welldeveloped emotional intelligence, interpersonal & conflict resolution skills
  • Applied knowledge of industry regulations & legislation
  • Excellent computer literacy with the ability to use Microsoft suite products
