    Our growing multinational client is currently looking to appoint a driven & talented Financial Controller with proven success to support a period of significant expansion.

    Reporting directly to the CFO, the Financial Controller will be responsible for:

    • Overseeing all financial accounting and finance activities for ANZ business;
    • Managing a team of qualified accountants and transactional staff;
    • Managing the preparation and presentation of financial statements, and reports;
    • Providing cash flow forecasts, inventory reports, costs on WIP for forecasting and planning;
    • Ensuring all audit files are prepared in accordance with the audit timetable and compliance is ongoing to regulations;
    • Continuous improvement of processes and control;
    • Delivery of month end and year end close;
    • Ad hoc duties as required

    The successful candidate will possess:

    • Post graduate qualification of CPA/CA/CIMA
    • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of finance policies, procedures and accounting standards
    • Experience within Big 4 or large mid-tier accounting firm highly regarded
    • Resilient with a flexible and adaptable style
    • Team management experience
    • SAP ERP experience and experience with ERP implementations is highly regarded
