- Maintain the company's financial records across multiple entities.
- Produce monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports for the CFO, including management reports, reconciliations, progress claims, and invoicing.
- Handle BAS, IAS, partner closely with Project Managers, and oversee project accounting.
- Guide and support two direct reports - Assistant Accountant & AP Officer.
- Accurately reconcile Payroll in a timely manner.
- Preferably CA / CPA qualified.
- Experience in construction/project accounting is highly desired.
- Familiarity with various accounting ERP systems.
- Bonus if knowledgeable in using MYOB.
- Proficient in budgeting and cash flows.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Highly motivated with exceptional prioritization abilities and the autonomy to meet deadlines.

You will directly report to the CFO and collaborate closely with various project managers and stakeholders throughout the organization. Moreover, you will guide and support two direct reports.

This full-time permanent role is situated in Sydney Olympic Park (with available parking) and offers a salary range of $160,000 - $190,000 + super, depending on the candidate's experience.
