About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Production Operator (Food Manufacturing) to join our dry ingredient blending facility in Wetherill Park, Sydney.

Our factory is a modern facility with a great record of truly caring for our people and our customers.
Reporting to the Production Manager, the key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Setting up, running & monitoring, of modern mixing and packaging machines
  • Setting and monitoring of robotic palletisers
  • Picking, verifying, and tipping of raw materials
  • Maintaining hygiene and GMP standards
About You


To be successful in this role you will ideally have:

  • Experience in food manufacturing, ingredient preparation and processing machinery
  • The desire to increase your knowledge and skill by learning a new manufacturing process
  • A positive attitude and strong attention to detail
  • A valid forklift licence is an advantage, but not a requirement
