THE ROLE
This role has been created to maximise profitability through improving performance and strategic growth of the team. With the support of an outstanding brand, strong management team and market-leading brand & systems your focus will be

Conduct weekly one on one's with a diverse sales team of 20+ from Rookies to senior Sales Execs and Business Development Managers (on the Property Management side of the business)
Develop strategies and support Agents reach and exceed targets
Track agent 'numbers' including: prospecting, appraisals, listings, sales and average commission etc
Work with Marketing to increase brand awareness and capitalize on opportunities in the market
Attend listing presentations, and potentially colist with less experienced agents as training
Take command of compliance, including spot checks and attending and open homes etc
Recruitment and onboarding new sales team members
Ensuring the teams have all they need to be a success from an operational perspective
Be the 'goto' person

WHAT YOU NEED

Previous experience growing & managing a sales team is essential (Within Property / Real Estate is ideal)
Personally bought / sold Real Estate and understand the process
A demonstrated ability to coach & improve performance
Passion for the industry, integrity and a genuine desire to raise the performance of individuals with care and continuous learning
