Our Client
Based on the NSW Central Coast, our client is a premium provider of strata services.

Independently owned with a focus on tailored / personalised service, they have a variety of Residential Commercial, Community and Company Title schemes.


Duties


With the Director looking to reduce their time at the business, you will be handed over parts of their portfolio as you feel comfortable.

This role will see you undertaking a wide array of tasks, including the following:


  • Assist with / and then taking over the management of 80 schemes
  • Prepare all necessary documentation (agendas, minutes etc)
  • Respond to queries and written communications
  • Liaise with Owners Committees, and a variety of stakeholders
  • Action items from meetings and gain quotes
  • Chase up levy arrears and renew insurances

Specific requirements
Our client is ideally seeking an Assistant looking to become a Strata Manager, but will consider anyone strata experience

  • Live locally preferred
  • Current Strata Certificate or License
  • Strong admin capabilities
  • Car & driver's license
