    Work as much as you want OR pick up shifts at your discretion to help fill up your day with extra shifts during times that suit your daily or weekly schedule.

    Our Mobile App and Staff Portal will allow you to manage your own member profile and let you update your qualifications, shifts, timesheets, and pay slips at your convenience.

    Using our Mobile App, you can also filter for jobs near your location and work for the clients that you prefer. This gives you the control to decide when, where and who you want to work with. Select the shifts that suit your availability, whether it be a Day (AM), Afternoon (PM) or Night Shift (NS) so you can decide for yourself how much you want to work.

    As a Personal Care Worker (PCW), you will make a positive impact on the lives of the Participants with your compassionate and supportive approach by;

    • Creating a welcoming, professional, and supportive care experience
    • Provide personal care assistance with daily living
    • Mobility assistance in accordance with resident care plans
    • Build relationships with our residents and visitors
    • A team player who enjoys having FUN at work
    • Display exceptional time management skills and attention to detail
    • Maintain accurate health care documentation as requiredWe are offering:
      • $ $83.30 per hour

      *Pay rate is according to Qualifications What we require from you:
    • Police Check or NDIS Screening Check (Yellow Card)
    • Working with Children's Check (Blue Card)
    • COVID vaccinations with one (1) booster shot
    • Certificate 3 in Individual Support (and other equivalents) or Paid Experience
    • First Aid and CPR Certificates
    • Annual Flu Vaccination
