Our services span the continuum of aged care, from home care to respite and believe a big part of what we do is to help our clients flourish.

We are presently looking for the right people to provide care, support and assistance to a number of clients across Brisbane.


About your role:


  • As a Home Care Worker, you'll work with clients in their homes, following their care plans, to provide support and ensure their needs are met
  • Daily duties include:
  • Assisting clients with their care requirements in accordance with their care plans and preferences
  • Supporting clients with transportation and community access
  • Monitoring their condition and reporting on any changes in condition or behaviour
  • Ensuring confidentiality of clients
  • Providing inhome personal care and daily living assistance including administering medication, manual handling, and domestic assistance.

About you:


To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Possess a caring, compassionate, and supportive nature, with excellent communication skills
  • Certificate III in Individualised Support or equivalent
  • Be able to work in a selfdirected environment
  • Have intermediate ability to use IT systems including MS Word
  • Have your own mobile phone, your own vehicle with comprehensive insurance and a Queensland Provisional or above clear Driver's Licence
  • Experience working alongside clients with cognitive and/or physical limitations would be looked upon favourably.
