About us and role:

Evergreen Community is an approved aged care provider to provide high-quality in-home care services supporting older people to live independently at home.

We are seeking a caring, reliable, empathetic and compassionate person to work in our team.

Evergreen Community provides assistance to our clients with a range of services including:

- transport to appointments, shopping,
- companionship, shopping and social outings.
- light household duties, meal preparation,
- personal care (showering & dressing, grooming, toileting etc.),

Key Essentials for the role:

• Australian Citizen/Permanent Resident
• Own car with comprehensive car insurance and valid driver's licence
• Smart phone
• Has obtained or is willing to obtain Cert III in Individual Support
• Has a valid driver's license

You must be willing to travel to clients around Brisbane South, or the Logan city area. Ideally, you will live close by.
