    Community Operations is the cornerstone of our approach at Uber. It handles matters between customers, earners, and partners on a large scale. This team plays a crucial role in operationalizing new products and ideas, influencing every part of the Uber business.

    About the Role

    As the Customer Strategy Manager, you will take charge of enhancing the experience for our Riders and Eaters in ANZ. Your role involves addressing operational challenges, collaborating with Global counterparts, and shaping the future of Community Operations to adapt to a dynamic environment.

    Your Impact in Role:

    • Lead Consumer CX Strategy: Drive major Consumer experience improvement programs, test growth initiatives, and execute strategies to enhance the overall Consumer experience.
    • Strategic Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to influence priorities and elevate the Consumer experience.
    • Innovate Consumer Support: Shape the future of Consumer support by tailoring experiences and products, implementing key initiatives, and managing structural changes.
    • Enhance Consumer Experience: Work on reducing defect rates, improving product reliability, and implementing solutions for a smoother experience.
    • Implement Automations and Gen-AI: Drive initiatives to enhance automation adoption and explore AI capabilities to boost efficiencies.
