This is an opportunity to join a prestigious global luxury automotive brand as a Collections officer. This position is starting ASAP and based in Mulgrave.

We're on the hunt for a collections officer who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and who are eager to learn


Role Details:


As a Phone-Based Collections Officer at a state-of-the-art contact center in Mulgrave, you'll contact customers who are in arrears of their contract and assist them throughout the collections process.

This role requires empathy and top-tier service to luxury clientele.

Location:

Mulgrave (with free onsite parking)


Hours:

Full time hours:


  • Rotating**
    roster between 06:30 and 18:00 (8hour shifts, primarily between 9 am 5 pm)

Compensation:

$35 per hour + Super + Penalty Rates as required

Schedule: Monday-Saturday rotating roster (occasional Saturday work with the option for remote work, with penalty rates)

Work from Home:

Enjoy the flexibility of working from home for two days a week with provided equipment.

What Skills Do You Need?
