Boeing PhantomWorks-Global (PW) is seeking an experienced Principle or Submarine Warfare Officer to join the Concepts and Analysis team in Brisbane as an
Operations Analyst-Maritime Warfare.


The Concepts and Analysis team has been providing decision support services to the Australian Defence Force, other government agencies and US Boeing Defence and Space for more than fifteen years.

Our operations analysts' experience and in-depth domain understanding, coupled with the expertise of our hardware and software engineers, provides tailored analysis activities to meet the needs of our customers.


Reporting to the Manager - Concepts and Analysis, the OA-Maritime Warfare's primary responsibility will be to act as the domain SME, and conduct modelling and simulation-based analysis to support decision making as part of Boeing, Defence, and National Security projects.

This role is based in Brisbane

As an
Operations Analyst - Maritime Warfareyou will**:


  • Develop modelling and simulation based, military operations and advanced concept analysis;
  • Provide SME advice to Phantomworks and wider Boeing projects;
  • Collaborate across multiskill teams to develop simulation and analysis environments;
  • Brief senior Boeing, Defence, and Government members on analytical outcomes and implications.

To be considered for the role you will have:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Maritime Warfare Officer.
  • Joint and Combined operations or exercise experience
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders, excellent written and verbal communications skills, and the ability to effectively manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment. Foreign exchanges and/or additional warfare qualifications will be favourably looked upon.
