Description
We are looking for an experienced Global Mobility professional to join our client's International Mobility team.


The role will be responsible for managing the Global Mobility team, helping to facilitate the Global Mobility program for assignees across APAC.

Alongside this, you will also help to shape and design new Global Mobility policies, procedures, and strategy, as part of their business transformation project.

This is a hands-on role, so you need to be keen to hit the ground running; can think innovatively; and isn't afraid to disrupt the current Mobility Management systems


Key Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Providing key input and advise to help transform the existing International Mobility function, shaping the International Assignment Management policies, procedures, and strategy to help provide a better assignee experience
  • Managing and mentoring the Talent Mobility team, to help them to provide the best possible Global Mobility service delivery to every expatriate the team is responsible for
  • Taking accountability for the team's expatriate management performance; taking ownership of the overall service delivery & expatriate satisfaction
  • Providing technical mobility and relocation advice as and when required; staying abreast of any new industry challenges; changes; and trends
  • Listening to the team to help identify any sticking points and areas that need improvement within the current talent mobility function
  • Collaborating with key business leaders to ensure that the transformation and implementation process is smooth and successfully rolled out across the assignee policy

Key Skills & Experience:


  • At least 10 years of Global Mobility experience
  • Extensive experience shaping Global Mobility policies, procedures, and strategies
  • Strong staff management experience, alongside the ability to influence stakeholders and key decision makers
  • Exposure to working in a large, multinational organisation
  • Ability to handle multiple projects, and responsibilities at any given time
