  • We are partnering with a global business travel & visa company who are looking for an Account Manager to join their facepaced and dynamic team in Melbourne.
    Responsibilities:
  • Deliver a high level of service to clients at all times.
  • Acting as the point of contact for corporate clients and employees.
  • Create a relationship with all internal and external parties.
  • Management and coordination of all authorised services including Guided-Entry and Executive Service, or other immigration technology platforms.
  • Showcase the company's immigration, visa & business travel services to existing and future customers.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross sell other services to clients.
  • Ensure full understanding of the client needs within visas, immigration and mobility.
  • Locate any gaps in the clients' mobility and immigration program, and advise how the company's technology can close them.
  • Attend department meetings regularly and support the Global Lead with different duties as needed.

Requirements:


  • At least 5 years' experience within Visa, Immigration, Global Mobility or Business Travel.
  • Strong account and relationship management experience.
  • Strong independent problemsolving skills to resolve client concerns and complaints.
  • Fluency in English is essential, no sponsorship is available.
