    The Company
    In partnership with a renowned global luxury brand with a rich heritage and a commitment to excellence. Our client is seeking an experienced Store Manager for their Sydney flagship store to elevate the brand's presence in the Sydney luxury market.

    The Role
    As the Store Manager for one of the top global luxury brands, you will be responsible for leading the seamless operation and exceptional performance of a prominent flagship store in Sydney. You will oversee all aspects of the store's operations, including sales performance, inventory management, and employee recruitment, training and development. Your strong leadership skills and passion for luxury retail will inspire and motivate the team to achieve and exceed targets.
    You will inspire and lead a team of dedicated sales associates, fostering a culture of excellence and customer-centricity.

    Skills and Experience:

    • Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar leadership role in the luxury retail sector.
    • A deep understanding of luxury brand standards and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and the internal stakeholders.
    • A strategic mindset with the ability to analyze data and implement effective sales strategies.
    • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
    • Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
