This brand has been established since 1976 and is an iconic Australian women's fashion brand bringing stylish, quality clothing to their very loyal customers.

The brand is going through an exciting growth phase with new stores opening this year and in 2024

We are currently looking for a Store Manager to lead the team at the Flagship Miranda Boutique.

Ideally, you will bring a wealth of retail knowledge, have a positive and enthusiastic approach to sales and leadership, and be customer obsessed This Flagship boutique is the highest turnover store in NSW.

Key Responsibilities:

Work with the team to drive sales and meet your goals
Creating a great dialogue with your customers to understand their needs
Styling customers to ensure they look and feel great
Create internal and external events activities to drive awareness and sales within your center and area
Mentor and motivate our highperforming team to improve their sales skills and the customer experience
Manage inventory and visual merchandising of the store
Manage monthly rosters to ensure they are costed within hours budgets.

About You:

Retail management experience
Strong leadership skills to support our exceptional team
Customer Service attitude with enthusiasm and initiative
Strong organisational and problemsolving skills
Experience with Microsoft Office, POS, and EFTPOS facilities.
Availability to work across our key store trading hours.
