You will have the exciting opportunity to redesign and expand our induction program, taking it to new heights. Your main responsibility will be to analyse the current program and identify areas for improvement.

Drawing on your expertise in instructional design, you will create a comprehensive and engaging onboarding experience that immerses new support staff members into our company culture, values, and processes.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Design and develop engaging and effective digital learning solutions, including elearning courses (using Rise), instructional videos, and other multimedia content
  • Redesign and develop our induction program to ensure a comprehensive and engaging onboarding experience for new employees in customer support
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of learning solutions and make datadriven recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Stay uptodate with the latest trends and best practices in instructional design and elearning, incorporating them into our learning solutions
  • Mentor and support a select number of our senior agents in order to assist your output, sharing expertise and promoting professional development
  • Work closely with the HR team and other business units to identify and support additional learning needs throughout the organisation
  • Contribute to the development and execution of the company's learning strategy

You're perfect for this role if:
  • 5+ years of experience in instructional design and e
  • learning development, preferably in a technology
  • focused industry or in a customer operational area
  • Proficiency in elearning authoring tools, such as Articulate Rise, Storyline, or Captivate
  • Proven skills in video production and editing, including the use of software such as Adobe Premiere, After Effects, or Camtasia
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design models
