What you will do:

As our Production Artist, you'll be responsible for leading the creation of visually stunning and effective assets for our sports and casino promotions.

You'll work closely with our creative and marketing teams to ensure that all materials are print-ready and meet the highest standards of quality.

Our Story:

The last 2 years have been huge for us, we have grown from 20 to 160+ team members.

Whilst the products that we build are global, the majority of the team sits in Melbourne at our Australian headquarters in the heart of the CBD where we have 3 amazing offices in the same building with all the bells and whistles you could ever want including an in-house barista, pool, and table tennis tables, PS5 and Nintendo Switches, a meditation room, help yourself drinks fridge and snack wall, catered breakfast daily, weekly massages and a pub lunch.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Interpret and adhere to design briefs and deliver timelines;
Create inhouse marketing material such as social posts, website header images and EDMs;
Create printready graphics for our external partners;
Plan and produce branding design elements for events / exhibitions;
Providing multiple design options when necessary;
Collaborate and stay active within a team environment, communicate with other design team members and other departments.

Requirements:

You're perfect for this role if you:

Have 4+ years experience in Graphic design, Poster design or other equivalent designer roles;
Are proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Affinity Photo, or other similar design software's;
Have strong design skills across image manipulation, photo retouching, colour theory, visual hierarchy and layout design;
Have experience in creating readytoprint artworks;
Send us a strong portfolio showcasing your design works.

It would be a bonus if you also had (Desirable skills):

Experience in working with other departments such as marketing team;
Great presentation and meeting skills.
Sports & Gambling knowledge advantageous
Cryptocurrency knowledge would be advantageous
Proficient with Google Suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs), Slack, Airtable & Intercom
Australian work rights are preferred.
