Our client is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Property Manager to join their team. What do you do?

As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and expanding a diverse portfolio of properties and ensuring their smooth operation.


Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Tenant Relations: Building and maintaining positive relationships with tenants, addressing their concerns and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Leasing and Marketing: Managing the leasing process, conducting property showings, screening potential tenants, and executing lease agreements. Developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to attract and retain tenants.
  • Property Maintenance: Coordinating and overseeing property maintenance, repairs, and renovations. Conducting regular property inspections and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
  • Financial Management: Collecting rent, processing invoices, and managing property budgets. Conducting regular financial analysis and providing accurate reports to property owners.
  • Property Administration: Maintaining accurate property records, managing lease agreements, and handling documentation related to property transactions.
  • Business Development: Work alongside the directors and buyers advocate team to increase the rent role

Must have?

  • 5+ years experience in residential property management.
  • Valid drivers license

Nice to have?

  • Property sales of business development experience is a bonus
  • Current real estate license or willingness to obtain one.
