This is the job for you Manage the retail side of the pharmacy with the support of our leadership team.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead, develop and mentor retail team.
- Engage in exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate & deliver instore promotions, merchandising standards and supplier trainings.
- Support site manager in setting retail rosters according to the needs of the business
About you:
- Previous experience in a community pharmacy
- Ability to prioritise your workload
- High attention to detail
- Energetic, friendly and adaptable to a dynamic working environment
- Effective written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team
