What are we looking for?

We have a fantastic opportunity in our Perth office for a positive, energetic and highly motivated person to join our National Superannuation & Disability Insurance Claims team.

This is a full time role for a maximum period of 3 months.

This role will have you responsible for providing support to our busy team, with ongoing training and development

Daily duties will include:

File administration
Diary management and arranging appointments
Communicating with clients, superannuation funds and insurers
Generating & editing correspondence
Compiling court documents
Reception duties when required

What will you bring?

Experience in legal support or administration preferred
Experience with Microsoft office suite
Outstanding communication and customer service
Excellent attention to detail
Demonstrated organisational skills and the ability to multitask
Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment
A willingness to learn
A diploma and/or experience in the legal field will be highly regarded but not essential.
