What are we looking for?


Our National Abuse team is growing, and we are now seeking an experienced legal assistant to join our NSW practice.

As a valued member of this team, you will help support our Lawyers as they advance civil claims on behalf of our clients who have been abused as children in schools, juvenile detention facilities, and in other institutional settings.


  • This role will offer flexible work arrangements, a 1:1 working partnership supporting a lawyer or law clerk within a very busy practice. You will be integral to supporting and driving the practice from an administration level. Your energy and drive will be integral in achieving successful outcomes along with your positive approach to your work. The location of this role will be Ashfield.

A typical day will often look like this:

  • assist with all administration and management of files
- prepare legal correspondence and filing court documents
- extensive diary management
- liaise with clients in an empathetic and professional manner
- all other administrative tasks
