The Opportunity


There is a new opportunity for a Manager to lead the Outreach program that's placed within the Access Inclusion and Success team.

This role will overlook the project management responsibilities that drive the end to end delivery of school and community engagement programs aimed at increasing university access and participation of students from under-represented communities.


This role will provide high-level planning and evaluation of programs and events that will enhance decision making and knowledge of university life for secondary school students.


The Outreach Manager also oversees programs to support the professional development and leadership capability of Monash students who support outreach activities.

Previous work in a university, school, TAFE or other education setting or not-for-profit sector is highly desirable.
