What is unique about you?
You are an efficient project administrator with strong communication skills and a self-starter growth mindset. You have 5+ years of experience supporting and partnering with senior leadership teams in a sales driven environment.

This role calls for someone with sales, projects or events coordination expertise, an impeccable eye for detail and the drive to join a business that is going from strength to strength.

Working at Director level will see you collaborating with senior personnel both internally and externally, you must have strong business acumen and be able to pick up on the nuances of each situation, then, adapt your style accordingly.

You will be proactive, tech savvy and not afraid to learn new skills.

If you are comfortable using your initiative, voicing your opinions, and stepping into the breach when needed this is the role for you.


A snapshot of your role.

  • Manage a busy diary of internal and external meetings, project updates, client follow ups, scheduling site visits and organising events as required
  • Assist the team in managing elements of the project framework to ensure deliverables are completed in a timely and effective manner, tracking deadlines and reporting to Directors as necessary
  • Craft, collate and format documents, presentations, proposals, and property lists, liaise directly with clients with impeccable finesse and attention to detail
  • Provide business development support to your Directors, conducting market research to identify leads and working with analysts to develop and present target lists, networking and growth opportunities
  • Support the team with daily office management and administrative support tasks, ensuring the smooth running of the Melbourne office
