    A snapshot of your role....

    • Look after our beautiful clients Build, maintain, and leverage meaningful relationships
    • Take thorough and in-depth job briefs
    • Source, screen, and conduct interviews, face-to-face and virtual
    • Match candidates to roles
    • Actively reach out to candidates in building pipelines
    • Write appealing adverts for a variety of roles to attract suitable candidates
    • Provide consistent follow- up and care to our candidates
    • Provide market advice to clients and candidates
    • Independently run your own desk whilst maintaining strong team relationships
    • Ensure the integrity of all company data
