The

Operations Manager will join our diverse and growing logistics facility in

Altona; adopting a satiety first approach and oversee the end-to-end warehouse operations. You'll ensure the effective utilisation of labour for premier global customer brands.

Key Areas:

Drive a strong safety culture across the warehouse
Build team culture and develop the operations team
Staff utlisation against daytoday requirements and projects
Ensure inbound/outbound logistics functions meet KPI's within a 3PL environment
Partner with the Inventory Manager to ensure control of customer inventory
Identify continuous improvements and encourage an innovative culture
Develop and implement activities to support existing and new products & services

We're looking for:

5+ years of proven people management experience within Warehousing & Logistics
Experience leading warehousing teams and developing leaders
Superior knowledge of warehouse operations within a 3PL environment
Outstanding customer service and communication skills
Proven continuous improvement and problem solving skills
