The Role

As the Operational Excellence Manager at DB Schenker, you'll get to harness your unique skill set within an international logistics network.

Here, you'll have the autonomy to steer initiatives while working in an enriching team environment. The upshot? A fulfilling and dynamic role that keeps you engaged.

Working from our head office in Alexandria, you'll be the beacon of operational efficiency for our Ocean Freight operations across Australia and New Zealand.

Role Highlights

Implementing and executing operational excellence initiatives in line with our regional and global strategy
Guiding digital transformation and process optimization projects
Nurturing a culture of continuous improvement and regulatory compliance
Being the key interface for project management, governance, and implementation
Driving adherence to Operational SOPs and KPIs

We're on the lookout for you if you've got multiple years of experience in the freight forwarding business, especially with ocean freight, a deep understanding of project management methodologies, and a knack for exceptional communication and leadership skills.

A Project Management Professional certification would also be an advantage.
