Our client is a well-established, dynamic and highly regarded fintech company, located in Sydney's CBD. We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their growing team. This role is a 6-month fixed-term contract

Reporting to the TA Manager, the main responsibilities will include:

Managing the end-to-end recruitment process including; role briefing, creating the sourcing strategy, posting advertisements, shortlisting, phone screening, interviewing, keeping in touch and offering.
Partnering with the Technology team and recruiting both permanent and contract roles.

To be considered for this opportunity, we ask you to have;

Solid endtoend internal recruitment experience across a broad range of corporate roles ideally within Technology.
Strong stakeholder management skills, ability to influence as well as manage expectations.
A proactive, problemsolving approach.
