    Description

    Skillforce Recruitment is an established company that strives to connect trade qualified job seekers with relevant employment opportunities across Australia on a Temporary or Permanent arrangement.

    Our valued client has a new opportunity for a trade qualified Heavy Diesel Fitter, who has relevant experience on a 7:7 roster, 12hr Days for an immediate start in the North of Queensland.

    Skillforce Recruitment is seeking a number of local based (Northern QLD) diesel fitters.

    What's on offer:

    • Immediate start
    • DIDO or BIBO
    • FIFO/Accommodation - could be on offer for the right applicant
    • Pay Rate Negotiable
    • Weekly pay plus super
    • Ongoing position
    • 7:7 roster
    • Possible temp to perm opportunity

    Essentials:

    • Be Trade Qualified
    • Possess a current driver's license
    • Demonstrate experience in maintaining Elphinstone LHDs, Sandvik Drills, Atlas trucks & Caterpillar & Ancillary Equipment
    • Have a genuine enthusiasm for the role
    • Possess an excellent work ethic
    • Have a good attendance and safety record
    • Have the ability to think logically to solve problems
    • Able to work effectively both as part of a team and independently without supervision

    As part of our process you will be required to complete pre-employment checks; medical which includes a drug and alcohol screen and obtain a police clearance.
