We design, manufacture, sell and hire purpose-built specialist heavy equipment, including road maintenance and stemming trucks, for both the private sector (including the mining industry) and the public sector.

With a growing team and a new workshop to fill, we have a number of positions available.

Working from our new and well equipped four bay workshop in Acacia Ridge, you will primarily be building new mobile equipment but there will be some refurbishment work of existing plant equipment as well.

Fitters
We are looking for Fitters at various levels, including Trades Assistants who are keen, reliable and willing to learn. We build specialised heavy vehicles and equipment with plenty of training on offer. Trade qualifications are preferred, but it will be your positive attitude and mechanical aptitude that will set you apart.


Hydraulic Fitters
This is a varied role which includes hydraulic, pneumatic, pipe and general fitting. Our projects are bespoke and interesting, and we work from concept to completion. Therefore, your ability to follow processes and read drawings would be highly regarded.

Ideally, in this position we are looking for a person with a Certificate III in Engineering - Mechanical Trade or equivalent and prior work experience in a related hydraulics and/or pneumatics field.

Salary:
$ $33.00 per hour


Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

• Overtime pay
• Penalty rates

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Acacia Ridge, QLD 4110: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• Fitter: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Forklift Licence (preferred)
• Driver Licence (preferred)
