The Opportunity

We are seeking a polished and professional Personal Assistant to provide high-level support to an Executive Director managing and coordinating both professional and personal matters.

The Responsibilities

Provide high level support to a reputable family office
Assist the Accounting team with basic bookkeeping support
Organise and manage comprehensive diaries, travel and accommodation
Lifestyle management tasks connected with private holidays, events and errands etc

You will have previous experience in a Personal Assistant capacity with strong organisational, time management and interpersonal skills.

Due to the variety of tasks that are required to be managed in this role, you will be adaptable and able to prioritise your day.

Prior experience with basic bookkeeping support would be advantageous but is not essential.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced and exciting role where no two days will be the same.
