- PACCT 6 $77,949 plus compulsory superannuation contribution
About the role:
Members of the Application Assessment & Enrolment team are part of Student Recruitment in the Student Experience division and work closely with the International, Customer Contact and Nurture teams.
This position is responsible for working professionally with employees at all levels across BHI and liaising with relevant external stakeholders and service providers, program delivery areas, teachers and students.
The Student Recruitment team are responsible for the provision of outstanding service to local and inbound international students, supporting customer service across the organisation for all parts of the student journey, contributing to successful student outcomes and providing an outstanding student experience.
About You:
- Tertiary qualification in Business or Administration and/or experience within a similar role
- Proven ability to lead a small team in a sales environment and develop a cohesive team with shared clarity around goals and accountabilities whilst obtaining necessary resources and information for the team. Ability to guide and support individuals within the team in achieving high performance outcomes.
- Extensive experience with stakeholder engagement
- Proven ability to establish and maintain productive working relationships internally and externally including the ability to influence and communicate effectively on a range of sensitive and complex issues. Demonstrated ability of successfully forming, monitoring and maintaining constructive relationships with stakeholders
- Strong data and reporting skills and high attention to detail
- Understanding of Box Hill Institute and the range of programs offered
