What will you be doing?

The Head of Sales Payments Acquiring focuses on payment acceptance, including value-added services and alternative payment methods such as payXcrypto.

You are a results-driven leader of the Payments Acquiring Sales team who will identify new business acquisition targets and develop sales metrics to achieve the goals.

You will demonstrate leadership, mentoring, coaching, motivation and great people skills in order to consistently inspire your team.

The position will help create a sustainable model for future growth as well as constantly improve the strategic goals of the team.

By driving sales initiatives, fostering customer relationships, and identifying new growth opportunities, the Head of Sales plays a vital role in the success and profitability of Novatti.


Importantly, in this role, you will:

  • Deepen existing Novatti relationships, forging new strategic relationships and selling new offerings to grow revenue.
  • Increase indirect sales through effective sales enablement across the sales team and other Novatti business units.
  • Develop a partner strategy for Novatti that identifies new partners, drives new revenue and aligns with the broader Novatti strategy.
  • Provide thought leadership to customer experience, risk, product and technology with valid input based on industry experience and customer interaction to create innovative solutions.
  • Work with customers and partners to drive commercial and innovative outcomes that deliver Novattis's sales objectives.
  • Represent Novatti in the market at industry events, conferences to expand Novatti's brand and increase awareness of Novatti's capabilities and products.
  • Develop and foster an innovative and adaptive culture that aligns with the values of Novatti.

  • You have extensive knowledge of key market drivers, competitive trends across key Industry sectors and an established network across the Australian payments landscape.
  • You have experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in a B2B environment, focusing on strategy and leading commercial conversations with decisionmakers.
  • You have knowledge of sales principles and a demonstrated capacity to develop and implement innovative change strategies, including an ability to selfmanage multiple activities and competing demands.
  • You have strong commercial acumen with a demonstrated capability with an entrepreneurial mindset in delivering innovative customerfocused sales solutions.
  • You have the ability to understand the technical and functional capabilities of complex products and data assets.
  • You are an excellent communicator with outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and nontechnical individuals.
  • You are a critical thinker you aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves, identify problems and devise strategic and innovative solutions.
  • You are motivated by a fastpaced environment where you will have to constantly adapt with a cando attitude no two days are the same, seriously
