Our
Learning & Development team are recruiting for their newest team member to step into the role of
Learning & Development Coordinator, on a part-time basis.
Reporting to the Head of Learning & Development, this
position plays a pivotal role in assisting in the delivery of quality training and development.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing
high level support to the L&D department and be the point of contact for new and existing employees with the coordination of their learning needs.
As Learning & Development Coordinator your main responsibility with be overseeing the
coordination of our training calendar, Kieser Induction Training (KIT), and Kieser wide professional development initiatives.
This role is suitable to individuals passionate about developing others, can demonstrate superior coordination and time management skills, and display strong communication to all levels within the business.
Qualifications
- Experience in training & development desired
- Highly organised and keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- A selfmotivated, resultsorientated and proactive attitude
- A passion for growing and developing our people
Additional Information
- Parttime opportunity, 4 days per week
- Commence ASAP. Interviews taking place now
- Located at Head Office, South Melbourne (Tues and Thurs onsite. Plus flexible working arrangements based on the monthly Induction schedule and team needs)
