A Typical Day


Working closely with the Communications team, you will support the team by engaging directly with a variety of internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of communication initiatives.

With an eye for detail and an instinct for ensuring we protect our brand in everything we deliver, your support will be critical in the creation of accurate and engaging materials.


  • Collaborate with stakeholders to help create content for monthly leadership presentations
  • Draft basic briefing and messaging materials for our employees
  • Contribute to employee engagement and support the cultural values for the organization by actively helping to prepare content for inclusion in presentations and posts
  • Assist in helping with the creation and development of assets such as photographs and videos for the use of HR and Communications teams
  • Ensure that our messaging is working by monitoring the effectiveness and reach of our stories

Who You Are


We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic and passionate about communications, continually looking for ways to bring exciting and innovative ideas to life using their creative flair.

To succeed in this role, it is desirable that you are able to demonstrate:

  • At least 1-2 years' working experience in a similar creative communications role
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work with guidance but without a need for direct supervision
  • Able to work comfortably in an environment with competing deadlines
  • Confidence to engage with employees at all levels of the business
  • Some exposure with analysing campaign performance data
  • Skills in graphics software such as Canva
  • Skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects. Adobe Lightroom or Photoshop
  • Microsoft PowerPoint (Intermediate to Advanced level)
  • Interest and skills in visual fields such as photography or video production is highly regarded
