- Review of the existing Strategy to ensure actions/focus and time is aligned with delivering that strategy
- Review and targeting of new projects published within industry reports as well as the updating of the Electrolux Commercial CRM to ensure visibility and no conflict/doubling up of focus within the sales team and therefore our merchants
- Setting of key meetings with all required stakeholders to ensure we are engaged early or engaged in a position to be considered as a preferred option to a competitor already specified products/brands.
- Where there are multiple merchants submitting quotes for the one project you will work with the appropriate local account managers to ensure the pricing is consistent with our strategic channel plan
- You will maintain all required customer information on the central CRM to enable visibility and effective management of our data – enabling ongoing growth in this sector
- You are a highly skilled Business Development Manager with relevant commercial industry experience in a similar or related role
- Commercially Minded – With experience and capability to engage new contacts and manage those through to being strong ambassadors for our products, service & brands, and a demonstrable history of understanding the price management, commercial considerations, and project key stages.
- Collaborative/Confident – You have developed the ability to create and reinforce functional relationships with senior businesspeople/operators with a foundation of business acumen, operational understanding, and common sense

About The Role
Following significant strategic review of the largest growth opportunities for Electrolux Commercial it has been aligned locally and regionally that targeted focus on Multi-residential & High-Density development is our number one target.
This role will be responsible for contribution into that evolving strategy & the execution of the same in the Southern Region, based & operating predominantly in Victoria but leading the same outcomes in South Australia & Western Australia.
The role needs to identify, engage, and manage the successful establishment of key relationships with targeted developers and manage throughout the initial pitch process to the fulfilment of the orders that result, in a way that reinforces Electrolux as the supplier of choice in this space.
You will be the primary contact for this sector of the business in the Southern Region and work closely with the National Sales Manager – Southern Region and their sales team. Likewise, you will need to have an appreciation for the developer's preferences of channel/commercial merchant to enable smooth management of partner selection from within our existing selected channel partners.
