The Organisation


Our client is an award-winning residential developer who is looking for an Accounts Receivable Officer with at least 2 years' experience.

Working alongside the Finance team, you will be required to oversee and manage the Accounts Receivable Function and provide ad-hoc assistant with reporting requirements for the Management Accountant


Responsibilities

end Accounts Receivable including debtor collections, reconciliations, responding to customer queries, followup and escalation of disputes
  • Present weekly aged debtors report to Director/CFO/General Manager
  • Management of aged debtors report, including any assistance required by the management accountant for weekly cashflow reporting
  • Issuance of stageclaims and progress invoices
  • Manage commission invoices to sales agent
  • Management of 'Claims' inbox
  • Providing assistance to the management accountant with the month end process and adhoc reporting requirements
    • ***- The successful applicant will have proven experience in a similar position along with the following skills and attributes:
    • Previous experience in end

    • end accounts receivable
    • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
    • Highly developed interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills
    • Well demonstrated organizational skills and efficient time management
    • Sound analytical and problem solving skills
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office
    • Word, Outlook, Excel etc
