They are currently looking for an experienced payroll professional to join them in a Payroll Systems Analyst capacity.

Position Description

This role is responsible for working in partnership with the Payroll Systems Lead to develop and implement significant improvements to payroll processes.

Configure the payroll systems and ensure the integrity of payroll systems
Integrate and manage all tasks relating to systems setup and maintenance including regular System Checks and resolve issues
Support projects and ongoing initiatives to improve and enhance systems functionality
Perform 1st level support and issue resolution for payroll systems
Responsible for setting up new payment codes, locations, cost centres, positions, allowance and deduction codes in the HRIS systems
Working in partnership with project stakeholders and BAU

To be a successful in this role you will possess:

Experience or exposure with system implementation / integration / data migration
(Payglobal experience preferred though not necessary):
Demonstrated experience in using and understanding complex computerised HR and payroll systems, preferably within a large organization.
Understanding of and experience interpreting Awards/EBAs
High level attention to detail and accuracy
Experience in configuring systems and developing specifications for custom reports.
Strong stakeholder management skills with clear communication techniques
