This role is both strategy & execution and is inviting you to be a part of a dynamic and complex business that takes a long-term and sustainable approach to the way they operate.

As the Compliance Manager you will work with the Executive team to ensure a bespoke governance & compliance framework is embedded across the organisation. This role will provide provision of a range of corporate services and specialist advice in areas including strategic reporting, fraud and corruption control, performance measurement, governance, policy, and compliance frameworks.

The successful candidate can be located at any of their 8 sites within Sydney.

Primary accountabilities include:

Establish and lead streamlined, effective, ethical, and best practice compliance ensuring compliance practices adhere to legislative obligations.
Evaluate existing compliance frameworks and programs to identify opportunities for improvement.
Provide advice and reports to the ED for the Board, Audit and Risk Committee, CEO and Executive Leadership Team on compliance matters.

REQUIRED SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS and EXPERIENCE

A proven background in developing, implementing and maintaining a compliance framework within an organisation (Exp Within Government and NFP would be highly advantageous).
A strong understanding over the legal and financial structures within organisations and the compliance needs of complex organisations.
Relevant Tertiary qualifications.

Overall, this role will see your passionate about governance & compliance and you will be able to create an effective work environment by developing a common vision throughout the organisation.
