Boutique is collaborating with a prominent international investment company to seek a Business and Operations specialist. This individual will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency and expertly managing the Sydney office.

**As the Business Manager, your responsibilities will include:**

**Team Management:** Supervising recruitment, performance evaluations, and work allocation for executive assistants.
**Project Coordination:** Creating and overseeing agendas, budgets, and materials for office meetings and offsites, as well as ensuring follow-up on crucial actions.
**Office Administration:** Maintaining a clean, safe, and well-equipped office space, ensuring compliance with local regulations, managing office facilities, supplies, and serving as the primary contact for external entities.
**Human Resources Support:** Assisting with onboarding, offboarding, recruitment activities, and discussions related to local benefits.
**Financial Oversight:** Managing local financial operations, reviewing office expenses, and collaborating with the finance team on diverse matters.
**IT Coordination:** Supporting in IT vendor selection and management, and coordinating IT requirements for new team members.

**The skills and experience we are looking for:**

**Experience:** Minimum of 5 years in a similar managerial position, preferably within the financial services sector.
**Interpersonal Skills:** Strong ability to establish and nurture productive relationships across all organizational levels.
**Technical Skills:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
