About the Opportunity
Our Finance Company is a dynamic, fast paced, and fun environment in which to work.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Settlement and Support Specialist to join our team to continue to provide a high level of service to new and existing members as well as assist with administrative tasks, office functions whilst providing support to our finance team.

Reporting to the Team Leader - Lending Support, you will provide exceptional service answering inbound calls for new and existing finance customers.

This position will utilise your customer service skills to provide a win/win situation for our customers.

It is an opportunity to effectively maintain our loan portfolio whilst ensuring full compliance with industry regulations and company guidelines.


Key responsibilities will be:

  • Supporting growth and expansion of our business

What you'll need to be successful:

  • Experience and understanding of the lending process for Personal loans, Business Car loans and Leasing
  • Sound understanding of the consumer lending environment and finance industry in general
  • Thorough knowledge of NCCPA, Credit Act, Privacy Act, AML/ CTF/ PEP and other applicable legislation
  • Previous experience in a lending support / settlement role is essential
  • Ability to work and make businessbased decisions independently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to effectively manage your time and prioritize your workload
  • Strong administration skills with a high attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • An exceptional phone and customer service manner
  • Availability between 8.30am and 5pm Monday to Friday with the flexibility to work Saturdays and Victorian public holidays as required
