About the Opportunity
We have a vacancy for an exceptional Talent Partner responsible for recruiting hospitality positions of all levels across our resorts/clubs. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will focus on the provision of professional and seamless talent services to the business.
You will be accountable for enabling line managers to recruit the best applicants possible as well as lead their people to ultimately service their members/customers. You will achieve this by developing and implementing best practice recruitment strategies and processes to enable the organisation to achieve its business goals.
