    Take on a pivotal role in this exceptional opportunity for a dedicated and community minded Senior Agribusiness Relationship Manager, focusing on business development and establishing meaningful connections with customers and brokers in regional Victoria.


    • Manage a substantial Agribusiness portfolio of customers, contributing to the regional growth strategy

    • Expand your networks and cultivate strong relationships with new and existing clients, collaborating with your BDMs and third party referral partners

    • A unique opportunity with flexible working conditions available to the right candidate based in Western Victoria, the Goldfields region or Melbourne

    YOU | Develop and sustain credible, long-term relationships within the community, industry, and with referral partners. Facilitate positive customer experiences and outcomes, showcasing high levels of professionalism and credibility within the Agribusiness community. You will be able to navigate the opportunities and challenges facing Australian Agribusinesses be well-versed in business banking and business development. Ideally, you will also possess:


    • Experience in commerce, finance, or banking (including lending and credit), preferably in a rural or agricultural environment

    • Proven leadership, coaching, and people management skills

    • Understanding of the business needs and attitudes of regional Agribusiness customers

    • Ability to network effectively and maintain professional working relationships with a range of stakeholders

    • Acknowledgment of regular intra-state and occasional interstate travel required

    THE ROLE | Utilize your networking abilities and good standing in the agribusiness community to develop and deliver win-win solutions meeting your client's needs, objectives, and interests. Increase market share and contribute to the successful delivery of key initiatives, working with diverse stakeholders both internally and externally. Act as a conduit between the two to ensure the success of the agribusiness broker specialization.
