Job Responsibilities:

Establish and nurture valuable client relationships to ensure successful management of accounts
Support the Strategic Account Director in achieving client-focused goals
Aid in the introduction of Assurant products for the client
Address issues, enhance product offerings, and improve customer experiences
Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and action logs for timely solutions
Analyze data, create action plans, and ensure service level agreements are met
Proactively identify and resolve customer issues
Collaborate on commercial reviews and the launch of new products
Ensure compliance with both internal and external processes
Translate strategic objectives into effective plans
Strong negotiation skills to drive positive outcomes
Clear communication with partners and stakeholders to deliver optimal solutions

Requirements:

Minimum of five years in account management
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
Proficient in client relationship management
Deep understanding of product range and industry sectors
Demonstrated success in meeting KPIs and implementing customer change initiatives
Knowledge of insurance sales processes
Ability to identify growth opportunities
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and networking skills
Experience in budget and financial management
Skilled in project and change management
