Disability Empowerment and Support Foundation (DESF)

DESF provides staff to various SIL Providers in WA with services from administration to disability support workers.

Description:

We are looking for a Quality and Compliance Manager who will plays a crucial role in ensuring that the assigned SIL organisation adheres to regulatory standards and maintains high-quality services.

This is initially a part time position with the possibility of becoming a full-time position in the future.

Developing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Conducting regular audits to identify areas for improvement and address possible noncompliance issues.
Collaborating with internal teams to develop effective quality control processes and initiatives.
Providing guidance and support to staff on quality and compliancerelated matters, including training programs.
Analysing data to identify trends and potential areas of risk and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
Preparing reports for senior management on quality performance, compliance status, and recommendations for improvement.
Liaising with external regulators, auditors, and stakeholders to facilitate inspections, audits, and assessments.

Skills and Experiences:

Proven experience in quality management and compliance within the NDIS sector
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for liaising with internal teams, external partners, and regulatory bodies
Ability to develop and maintain policies, procedures, and documentation related to quality and compliance.
Audit experience and the capability to lead or support audits to ensure adherence to quality standards.
Experience in developing and delivering training programs on quality and compliance topics.
Proven track record of driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance organisational processes.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools for monitoring key performance indicators related to quality and compliance.
Relevant qualifications in quality management, compliance, or a related field would be advantageous.
