Introduction:

Disability Empowerment and Support Foundation (DESF)

DESF provides staff to various SIL Providers in WA with services from administration to disability support workers.


Description:

This permanent part-time role falls under the Administration department, specifically within the Website and CRM Management category.


As the Assistant to the Website and Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient operation of our digital platforms and marketing initiatives.


This role will include but is not limited to:


CRM Administration:

Ensure CRM data is accurate and up to date.

Manage forms and handle data entry tasks.

Conduct testing and report issues.


Social Media:

Develop and schedule posts across various platforms.

Create and maintain social media pages, exploring new social media platforms.

Engage actively in Facebook groups, identifying new groups and social media opportunities.


Websites Management:

Update content for websites linked to multiple NDIS Providers when required.

Identify and implement opportunities to enhance SEO.

Design engaging content using Canva for social media, websites, newsletters, and other media.


Skills and Experiences:

Experience in digital marketing and social media management is preferred.

Experience with CRM software and Canva is a plus.

Strong communication and organisational skills.

Ability to multitask and work independently.

Familiarity with the NDIS and disability sector is highly advantageous.
