We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced
Service Rebuild Advisor to join our vibrant Workshop team based at the Perth Airport in a full-time permanent position working Monday to Friday.

You will be responsible for liaising with internal & external customers to estimate, quote and monitor repairs on heavy earthmoving equipment.

Responsibilities of the role:


  • Liaise with internal & external customers to estimate, quote and monitor repairs on heavy earthmoving equipment
  • Coordinate the review of work to ensure quality, accuracy and completeness in line with customer requirements
  • Provide expert advice and support on technical warranty claims
  • Invoicing and reconciliation
  • Liaise with OEM warranty departments to seek suitable outcomes
  • Identify risks and development processes and implement suitable strategies around them

To be successful you must have:

  • Relevant Trade Qualification
  • 12 years' experience in a similar role
  • Experience working on Heavy Earthmoving Equipment such as CAT, Hitachi
  • SAP & Microsoft Suite knowledge

As a part of the recruitment process for this role you are required to complete a pre-employment medical, inclusive of drug and alcohol screening and completion of criminal history and qualification checks.
