We have a newly created position available for a proactive and organised Team Assistant to join our Development team based at One Circular Quay.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly and successful group of people working on one of Sydney Harbours most iconic projects.

As the new Team Assistant, you'll have the freedom to make this role your own.

You'll be responsible for the day to day running of the office, but you'll also get to have fun and become a valued member of the team.


What you'll be doing:

  • Proactively gain an understanding of the Project team's priorities and commitments
  • Diary management arrange and maintain electronic diary including scheduling meetings, booking meeting rooms, facilities, equipment, and catering
  • Organise and coordinate meetings and manage the monthly Project Calendar
  • Process expenses & purchase orders
  • Promote a positive working relationship with internal/external colleagues
  • Collect and distribute incoming/outgoing mail
  • Attend team meetings as required

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Experience as a Team/Personal Assistant, Administrator or have an Events background
  • Great attention to detail
  • The ability to work within a busy team and to competing deadlines
  • Able to work autonomously
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to take initiative
  • A confident level of Microsoft Office Suite knowledge
  • Outgoing, friendly, fun and professional nature
